Chemical Free Initiative
November 2, 2021

The Cosmetic Industry accounts for over 70% of palm oil deforestation contributing to the loss of over 18 million acres of forest and generating plastic waste every year. The cosmetic industry further instigates cruel and archaic tests on animals. Over 500,000 animals suffer and die as a result of cosmetic testing. KDEA has worked hard to protect animal rights and the environment by opting for organic, toxic-free, nature-based, and chemical-free living. Animals shall also be provided with organic fodder to keep them healthy as well as to keep their by-products pure and nourishing for human consumption.

Chemicals such as fluoride canthatsustains penetrate into one’s skin and damage the consciousness of a being which causes stunted cognitive development amongst others, especially in children. Non-organic products contain synthetic, man-made chemicals and heavy metals that expose the internal organs of the body to fatal diseases as well as hormonal imbalance, organ toxicity, and even cancer.

With the principle of  “Anything which cannot be ingested shall not be used externally on the body as well,” KDEA promotes herbal and chemical-free cosmetics and nature-based medicinal products such as but not limited to Tumericthatsustains, haritaki, neem-based body soaps, hair wash, tooth powder, washing and cleaning detergents along with others. KDEA shall ensure the conservation of the highest quality of agricultural soil by preventing the use of any chemical-based fertilizers or chemical water to grow crops. KDEA shall bring global awareness to the increase in chemical and nuclear waste in landfills globally as well as the toxic industrial smoke choking animals and humans in proximate settlements, disrupting biodiversity worldwide.
